My players always know the game plan. You should too. So here's exactly what I keep, why, and how you can stop it.

- Payments run through Hotmart; card numbers stay on their side.

Who is behind Kelsey Rourke Bowling?
This site, my books and the membership all carry one name: Kelsey Rourke Bowling.
Need anything? Email business@kelseybowls.com.
What it's for
Why do you need my information at all?
To get you your books and letters, answer your questions and handle refunds. And to see which videos help bowlers.
Sometimes I'll tell you about other books from this channel. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Just browsing
Is anything tracking me while I browse?
No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no Google or Facebook trackers, no analytics. No account or sign-up form, either.
The site lives on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver the pages and keep them protected.
Video and QR links
What do you see when I scan a QR code from a video?
The time, which video or link it was, the page it opened, and your country.
Plus a scrambled code from your IP address. I never store the IP address itself, and there's no way to turn the code back into it. That's how I learn which videos help.
For 30 days, one small cookie remembers which version of the book page you saw, so it looks the same next time. That's the only cookie the site sets. Hotmart's checkout runs its own cookies under its own policy.
Buying books
Do you see my card when I buy?
No. Your name, email, billing and payment details go to Hotmart, and the card number never reaches me.
Hotmart lets me know your email, what you bought, the price, your country and which video or link you came from. For book orders, I keep only a scrambled version of your email.
Membership
What do you keep once I join the membership?
Your name, email, country, time zone, membership status and dates, and which video or link you came from. Hotmart passes them to me so I can send your letters.
My letters also tell me whether they were delivered and which links were clicked.
Unfinished checkout
What happens if I don't finish paying?
If you stop, or your payment doesn't go through, Hotmart may send me your name and email.
I may send up to two emails to remind you. A single click ends them. If you bought already, I won't write.
Your messages
Do you keep my emails after you answer?
I keep your message and email so I can answer, just like I'd answer a player after practice.
After 90 days, the full raw copy of your email is deleted. The text stays, so we can keep the conversation going.
AI drafting help
Does AI help write your replies?
It can. An AI writing assistant may help me draft replies so you get answers faster. Your message is used only for that.
My support crew
Who else handles my information?
Payments, book delivery and membership billing go through Hotmart. My emails go out through Resend. Cloudflare runs the site's hosting, keeps my data and takes in email sent to me.
All three have their own privacy policies.
Never for sale
Do you sell bowlers' email lists?
Never. I don't sell or rent personal information, and I don't share it for advertising. That's a team rule.
Keeping records
How long do you keep my info?
While you're a member, I keep your member data. It stays until you ask me to delete it.
After you unsubscribe, all I keep is a scrambled “do not email” note, so you never get emailed again.
Order records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your call
Can I take my name off the list, or see what you have?
Use the one-click unsubscribe link in any email, or reply with “unsubscribe”.
To see, correct or delete your data, drop a note to business@kelseybowls.com. You'll have my answer within 30 days, wherever you live in the US, California included.
Hotmart holds its own purchase records, as required by law.
For adult bowlers
Is this for kids' leagues too?
No. The books and membership are made for grown-ups, and I don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Updates to this page
What if you change these rules?
I'll update this page and change the “Last updated” date.

Let's get to work. — Coach Kelsey
